Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Own meaningful surface area across the LynkPilot product — from the franchisor command center to the franchisee portal. You'll ship end-to-end features in our TypeScript stack (Next.js App Router, tRPC, Prisma/Postgres) and help set the engineering bar as one of our earliest hires.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the web app, API, and database layers.
  • Translate ambiguous operator problems into clean data models and reliable workflows.
  • Own quality end-to-end: types, tests, observability, and performance for the code you ship.
  • Collaborate directly with design and customers to scope, prototype, and iterate quickly.
  • Help shape engineering conventions, review patterns, and the long-term architecture.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years building production web applications, with strong TypeScript fundamentals.
  • Depth in a modern React framework (Next.js preferred) and relational databases (Postgres).
  • Experience designing APIs and data models for multi-tenant or multi-entity systems.
  • A bias toward shipping, with strong instincts for where to invest in quality vs. speed.
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy in an early-stage, remote environment.

Bonus points

  • Experience with tRPC, Prisma, Clerk, or Stripe.
  • Background in vertical SaaS, fintech, or operations-heavy products.

Platform / DevOps Engineer

Keep LynkPilot fast, secure, and reliable as we scale across franchise networks. You'll own our deployment pipeline, background job infrastructure, observability, and the guardrails that let product engineers ship with confidence.

What you'll do

  • Own CI/CD, environments, and release workflows across the web app and background workers.
  • Operate and harden our job/queue infrastructure (BullMQ/Redis) and scheduled syncs.
  • Build observability — metrics, logging, alerting, and error monitoring — that catches issues early.
  • Lead on security and compliance hygiene: secrets management, access control, and audits.
  • Drive cost, performance, and reliability improvements across our cloud infrastructure.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in platform, infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps roles for production SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (Vercel, Railway, AWS, or similar) and Postgres.
  • Strong understanding of queues, background processing, and webhook-driven systems.
  • Practical security mindset: least privilege, secret rotation, and incident response.
  • Infrastructure-as-code discipline and a passion for automating toil away.

Bonus points

  • Experience with Redis/BullMQ, Sentry, and S3-compatible object storage.

What you'll do

  • Own design end-to-end: research, flows, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI.
  • Partner with engineering to ship polished, accessible interfaces that hold up at scale.
  • Evolve and maintain the LynkPilot design system and brand expression.
  • Talk to franchisors and operators to ground decisions in real workflows.
  • Balance information density with clarity for power users managing whole networks.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped B2B/SaaS work.
  • Mastery of a modern design tool (Figma) and strong systems-thinking.
  • Experience designing complex, data-dense dashboards and workflows.
  • Strong written communication and the ability to drive design autonomously.
  • Comfort working closely with engineers and contributing to front-end polish.

Implementation & Onboarding Manager
