Pricing questions
What counts as a billable location?
Every active (non-archived) location in your network — your billing always tracks the units you're actually running. Pre-opening, open, and temporarily closed locations all count. Archiving a location removes it from billing immediately, and adding one prorates from the day it goes live, so you never pay for capacity you don't have.
Are features limited on smaller plans?
No. Every product feature is included at every size — operations, compliance, equipment, finance, memberships, the franchisee portal, and reporting are all on from day one. Location count is the only thing that changes your price. There are no feature tiers, no seat fees, and no add-on modules to unlock later.
How does annual billing work?
Pick annual and you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — two months free, a standing ~17% discount versus paying monthly. You're billed once per year based on your location count at signup. If you grow mid-term, new locations are added at your banded rate and prorated for the remainder of the year.
Do multi-year commitments get better pricing?
Yes. Operators who commit to a two-year term unlock additional negotiated pricing beyond the annual discount — locked rates that won't move for the length of the agreement, plus priority onboarding and support. It's the best per-location economics we offer. Tell us your location count and growth plan on a call and we'll put real numbers in front of you.
Do you charge per user?
No — users are unlimited on every plan. Invite your whole network: franchisees, location managers, corporate staff, and field auditors all get role-scoped access at no extra cost. Pricing is driven purely by locations, so growing your team never raises your bill.
What about very large or custom networks?
Networks above 50 locations, multi-brand portfolios, or operators who need custom terms are priced individually.
